
Seminar on Food Quality and Safety was held in Helsinki, Finland.
The event was organised by the Finnish Central Union of Agricultural Producers and Forest Owners together with an Italian counterpart. The participants came from Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Turkey.
Viewpoint was both industry and monitoring institutions. During their stay the guests got acquaint to Finnish practices and heard different kind of lectures. The focus was on the food hygiene and traceability in a food chain.
