On the first day of the event, the guests visited Fazer Bakery in Vantaa where Project Manager Heikki Kiiski presented the quality policy of the company. In the Customs Laboratory the guests were introduced to modern analysis methods. Also a hi-tech farm was visited. The visitors where very impressed by the automatic milking robots.
