1.  Contents of the offer

Please specify Climate Support AgriCord in the email subject line.  
The offer should include the following:

• A detailed Curriculum Vitae of the international consultant, including all relevant contracts during the last 5 years (max 4 pages)
• Apart from the full CV, a table giving at least one recent (of the last 3 years) example of experience for all the skills and competences required (Chapter 5);
• Expected daily fee rate (exclusive of expenses);
• Indication of guaranteed availability between October 19th 2020 and end of March 2021 for 21 days

2. Selection of the proposals

• The selection of the candidate will be done by AgriCord secretariat consultation with the assigned AgriCord working group and will be based on the following criteria:
  • Relevant experience and expertise, especially from assignments with AgriCord or its members (60%)
  • Availability (20%)
  • Financial proposal (20%)

3. Terms of Payment

• 20% of the contract price will be paid by the contractor upon signing of the contract
• Another 30% will be paid upon the preparatory documents for the Climate Framework Program design
• The final 50% will be paid upon submission of the main deliverables: Climate Framework Program (including visualisation)

The consultant will entitle the consultant to a daily subsistence allowance while on mission out of his or her home-base, to be agreed upon (no insurance while on mission will be provided by AgriCord) and international flights (in Economy Class). All costs will be based on timesheet, valid invoices and proofs of payment.

The eventual travel and other costs can be included in the contract assessing the situation on covid-19.
